Manual and Custom Orders – Full Payment Required: For all manual and custom orders (via phone, email, social media, or in-person), payment must be made in full before the order is processed and invoiced. This ensures the completion of the order without delays or misunderstandings.

No Credit or Outstanding Balances: We do not allow clients to incur debt or owe any outstanding balances. All payments must be completed upfront. This policy helps maintain smooth business operations and protects both parties from potential financial issues.

Refund Policy – No Refunds After One Week: Refunds will not be accepted after one week from the date of the order. Please note that some products cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This policy ensures that both the client and Darkflame can manage orders effectively and avoid complications.

Order Completion – Timely Fulfillment: Once an order is paid, it will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some orders may take longer than 48 hours to complete due to provider processing times or other factors. Any order that is not fulfilled within a reasonable period may be canceled to ensure timely service.

Product Information – Accuracy and Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review product details before making a purchase. Once an order is confirmed, any errors in the product selection may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Payment Method Clarity – Responsibility of Client: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is correct and functional. Any issues with payment processing may delay the order, and it will remain on hold until resolved.
